We are recruiting for an Executive Business Partner as part of our Executive Support function. We are open to appointing at either Executive Business Partner or at a more junior level, depending on the successful candidate's skills, experience and readiness for the role.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Executive Leadership Team members to help deliver strategic priorities and organisational objectives.
  • Act as a trusted adviser, sounding board and problem solver for senior leaders.
  • Coordinate governance activities, board papers, reports and key business processes.
  • Lead and support projects, change initiatives and cross functional pieces of work.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, board members, partners and external organisations.
  • Draft reports, presentations, briefings and executive communications.
  • Help drive effective decision making by ensuring leaders have the information, insight and support they need.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, leadership activities
  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement and the use of AI and digital tools to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to connect people, priorities and outcomes.
Qualifications

You may already be an experienced Executive Business Partner supporting senior executives, or you may be an ambitious professional ready to take the next step in your career.

  • Highly organised and proactive.
  • Excellent communicators, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and confidential information.
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing positively.
  • Commercially aware and solutions focused.
  • Confident managing competing priorities and working at pace.
  • Curious, adaptable and keen to embrace new technology and ways of working.
