Job Description

  • Manage the director's diary, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled.
  • Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for key meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the director in managing correspondence, including drafting emails and letters.
  • Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points as required.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EA to a Director should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
