We are now seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage to take the helm of one of the most diverse and exciting F&B operations in the UK.

The Role

As Executive Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage, you will lead a dynamic portfolio of restaurants, bars, events, and in-room dining experiences across the estate. From vibrant all-day dining to refined destination restaurants and unforgettable events, you will be at the heart of it all.

You will combine strategic oversight with a visible, hands on approach, setting the tone for excellence while driving innovation, performance, and unforgettable guest experiences.

Our F&B offering is as varied as it is exceptional:

• The Brasserie, elegant all-day dining
• The Billiards Room, a bold and refined Chinese concept
• The Glasshouse, a fresh garden to table experience
• The Armory, a distinctive Japanese dining destination
• The Living Room, relaxed yet refined
• In room dining, delivering luxury in every detail
• A collection of event spaces, including the spectacular Fallow House

Each concept has its own identity. Your role is to ensure they all shine individually while aligning seamlessly under the Estelle Manor brand.

What You'll Be Doing Leadership & Culture

You will inspire and lead a high performing senior team, including Assistant Directors and General Managers, creating a culture defined by excellence, collaboration, and pride. You will be a visible presence, a mentor, and a driving force behind the energy of the estate.

Guest Experience

You will champion a guest first approach, ensuring every interaction feels personal, seamless, and truly memorable. From the smallest detail to the biggest moment, you will set the standard.

Commercial Performance

With full ownership of F&B performance, you will drive revenue, manage costs intelligently, and identify new opportunities to grow and evolve the offering, all while maintaining exceptional quality.

Events & Experiences

From high profile events to seasonal activations, you will oversee a calendar that keeps the estate vibrant, relevant, and always one step ahead.

Innovation

You will continuously evolve the F&B landscape, contributing to new concepts, fresh ideas, and experiences that set Estelle Manor apart.

Collaboration

Working closely with the General Manager and executive team, you will play a key role in shaping the wider business strategy and ensuring alignment across all departments.

Who We're Looking For

• A proven senior F&B leader, currently operating at Director level or as a multi site General Manager within luxury or lifestyle hospitality
• Strong experience within the UK market, ideally across both hotels and members' clubs
• A natural leader who thrives in fast paced, ever evolving environments
• Commercially astute, with a sharp eye for both performance and opportunity
• Creative, forward thinking, and passionate about delivering standout guest experiences
• Confident managing large, complex teams and influencing at senior level
• Experienced in delivering exceptional events and innovative activations
