In order to strengthen their back-office team, Les Soins Volants are looking for an Executive Assistant & HR Assistant at 70-80%. Who are we? Responsibilities include assisting management with daily operations, managing and following up on files, and anticipating needs; supporting the HR manager in activities and providing transversal support to the back-office; ensuring internal and external communication, writing all written content (official letters, institutional materials, website, intranet), and contributing to internal and external events (welcome events, team events). By your interpersonal skills and expertise, actively contribute to the mission and values of Les Soins Volants. Profile: Certificate of vocational competence in business administration and/or a diploma of executive assistant, supplemented with training as an HR assistant; proven experience in management and HR (experience in health and social sector is an asset); excellent command of French with strong writing skills; very good sense of confidentiality, with analytical and synthesis skills; comfortable with common tools (MS Office, Canva, intranet); engaged, dynamic, and professional personality, with a good sense of open to innovative management styles and motivated to invest in a meaningful project.
