An established and respected organisation is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support C-Suite level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organise and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Plan and support meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines.
- Manage expenses, invoices, and budget tracking for the executive office.
- Support event planning and logistics for internal and external engagements.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Experience supporting board-level executives.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
- Relevant administrative or business support qualifications.
