Your role


We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and business-savvy Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role is central to the CEO's day-to-day operations and strategic priorities, ensuring seamless execution of their schedule and communication across key internal and external stakeholders.


Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing documents and presentations, and acting as a point of contact for various stakeholders. The Personal Assistant will help streamline workflows, anticipate needs, and ensure that daily operations run smoothly, enabling the CEO to focus on high-level priorities.


We're seeking someone with strong ownership, discretion, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and solution-oriented professional to gain close exposure to strategic decision-making at the highest level of the company.


Your Journey


  • Manage the CEO's daily schedule, including meetings, calls, reminders, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact between the CEO and key stakeholders inside and outside the company (clients, partners, investors, authorities, etc.).
  • Accompany the CEO to meetings, events, or appointments when required, ensuring seamless coordination and a professional presence.
  • Prepare and review presentations, reports, and executive documents with attention to clarity, accuracy, and impact.
  • Organize and oversee logistics such as travel, accommodations, event planning, and meeting coordination.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve unforeseen issues with discretion and efficiency.
  • Facilitate smooth and timely communication between the CEO and relevant internal teams or external contacts.
  • Take structured notes during key meetings, translate them into actionable next steps, and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
  • Stay informed on the CEO's priorities and the company's strategic goals to better anticipate needs and provide meaningful support.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on various projects and initiatives, contributing to their successful delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information from the CEO to relevant teams and stakeholders, minimizing friction and miscommunication.


What do you bring to your trip


  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in high-demand administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English fluency is a must).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders while maintaining a professional image.
  • High level of organization, autonomy, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, productivity apps, social media).
  • Ideally, academic background in Public Relations, Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
