We are supporting a well known charity to support with the recruitment of an Executive Assistant on a 2m contract.
This is predominately a remote position however you will be required to visit the London office for meetings.
Key Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
- Supporting the Director of Operations
- Preparation of meeting packs
- Extensive diary management
- Arranging travel/accommodation
- Drafting presentations and press releases
- Inbox management
- Sharing agendas
Key Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to challenge when required
- Experience supporting Director level in a fast paced environment
- Organised
- Excellent time management skills
