This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse seeking a supportive and engaging environment where professional development is encouraged.

Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a compassionate team in the heart of Putney. The practice has a true London 'village' atmosphere, located just a short walk from the River Thames, Putney High Street, and Putney Station.

Although this is part-time, full-time hours would be considered and discussed,

As part of the rota, there is a 1:4 branch Saturday and 1:20 Sunday rotation at the Stone Lion Hospital, and one bank holiday per year at Stone Lion. The Stone Lion 24-hour hospital, providing OOH care, is just a 15-30-minute drive away.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team, including two vets, a full-time senior RVN, and a supportive clinical team.

They are passionate about building strong bonds with their established client base, and they highly value their team's feedback.

The practice prides itself on its client base in the area, which is largely insured, contributing to a positive working environment.

About the Practice:

This year, the practice celebrated its 70th anniversary and now boasts 46 branches, 3 hospitals, and its nurse training college.

They value all of their colleagues and have a forward-looking approach, including a Colleague Forum and monthly Town Hall meetings with the board of directors.

All senior managers are mental health first aid trained, and wellness plans are offered to all new starters.

Salary : They are offering a competitive salary of between £15,000 to £17,500 (£31,000 to £35,000 FTE) depending on experience

The role offers numerous benefits, including:

6.6 weeks annual leave, including bank holidays (pro rata)

Annual CPD budget and 2 days' paid CPD leave every year (pro rata)

Paid lunch breaks

Colleague introduction reward
