We are recruiting an exceptional Exams Officer and Data Manager.The position is for September2025and is suitable for an experienced colleague. The post isforfull-time and permanent.

About the role
To contribute to raising standards of student achievement by coordinating internal and external assessments. To prepare reports using a wide range of data sources to inform the Leadership Team in all aspects of school data, and to manage and maintain up-to-date information in the school's databases. To provide appropriate technical support to staff in using the software and interpreting information.To act as the school's GDPR Officer.
In a typical day, you may be:
• Manage the school's MIS database
• Manage the effective and efficient administration of internal and external exams
•Reportingon internal and external assessments to help determinestudents' progress and attainment
• Develop and produce general reports, including progress reports, data analysis, etc.
• Troubleshoot any data and issues relating to the MIS system
• Support the Assistant Headteacher (Operations) with the construction of timetables and duty rota

• Three good A-Levels, or equivalent
