Events Setup & Guest Experience Associate

Ashridge House is seeking a Conferencing and Banqueting Team Member to support the delivery of weddings, private functions and corporate events at Ashridge House, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. The role requires assisting with room setups, guest services and incident response across a 365-day calendar.

Candidates should have a full UK driving licence, be able to work physically demanding shifts and contribute to a collaborative, safety-conscious team.
