Events Lead: Deliver Memorable Guest Experiences

Rudding Park in Harrogate is seeking an Assistant Meetings and Events Manager who can lead shifts, oversee event delivery, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service throughout their stay.

You will work with the Meetings and Events team to understand all operational aspects of meetings and events, develop SOPs, train team members, and support the Manager to deliver seamless experiences while upholding the resort's high standards.
