Job Function:

To coordinate events held at Stamford Bridge and manage small event bookings and internal enquiries

You'll be: (Responsibilities)
  • Coordinating, event management and delivering events.
  • Reactive to incoming sales enquiries, building proposals, hosted site visits and contracting events.
  • Managing all legal documentation (RAMS, health and safety, safeguarding).
  • Account managing and building relations with clients; club partners including event contractual rights and support internal events/Club & special events and CFC Foundation events.
  • Managing all event costs and pricing. Ensure deposits and event payments are made and any debts are chased in a timely manner.
  • Leading on site appointments with Clients/Operations/Suppliers when required.
  • Ensuring Dynamics/CRM is being used correctly and inputting accurate records. Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of club facilities & event spaces, ensuring up to date room availability and capacities are shared with team and CRM diary.
  • Driving and maximising revenue at every opportunity by suggestive selling and upselling.
  • Offering ad-hoc Match Day operational support to the Club Chelsea Hospitality team
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels as measured by customer feedback minimisation of customer complaints
  • Providing accuracy BEOs and CRM input
  • Maintaining minimum of 28% profit conversion on Food and Beverage
  • Reaching all inbound sales KPI's
  • Keeping the debts to minimum
You'll have: (Experience & Qualifications)

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a events management/planning role
  • Commercial awareness with attention to yielding of business and maximising profit
  • Confident in customer facing situations - with personnel of all levels
  • Ability to inspire customer trust and confidence
  • The ability to think fast and to deliver solutions to customer requirements
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends where required
  • Excellent attention to detail
