Events & F&B Manager: Lead Weddings, Banquets & Conferences

Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel in Kilkenny City is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the conferences, banquets and private events calendar. You will oversee planning, staffing and the delivery of high quality hospitality experiences across our venues.

You will coach the Conference & Banqueting team, work closely with clients and internal departments, monitor costs and profitability, and maintain strict health and safety standards to ensure outstanding guest service.
