This dual-role position provides administrative support to the Patron Experience Directorate while taking responsibility for fundraising events, private hires, and internal events.
Responsibilities- Support the delivery of the programme of fundraising events and activities.
- Manage all external building hires (excluding performance-related bookings).
- Coordinate the administration and set-up of internal events.
- Provide administrative support to the Patron Experience Directorate.
- Offer general administrative assistance across all theatre teams, including:
- Answering phones, opening post and answering enquiries
- Ordering supplies for the admin office
- Carrying out other general administrative duties
This role sits within the Patron Experience Directorate and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the Theatre's relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, while ensuring its continued relevance to the local community. It is an outward-facing position, ideal for someone with the skills and enthusiasm to support the Theatre's sustainability and growth during a time of economic change and creative development.
