As part of our Events team, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch administration and coordination support to our Events Account team. Your friendly demeanour and passion for hospitality will shine through as you assist in managing queries, bookings, and ensuring seamless communication with our valued clients.
Responsibilities- Be the welcoming voice on the phone and the helpful face behind emails, providing prompt and courteous responses.
- Support our Events Account team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of events.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and delivered punctually.
- Take on various administrative duties to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Experience in event coordination is desirable, but a passion for events and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with team members and clients alike.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to streamline administrative tasks.
- Confidence in managing queries, demonstrating poise and professionalism in every interaction.
- Excellent organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
