The Role:

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Sales team and help elevate Togather's growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will support major clients in booking their ideal partners on Togather, ensuring revenue targets are achieved, and motivating the team to succeed. This role offers a significant opportunity to impact the business and grow professionally.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Focusing on outbound business development by exploring new sectors and clients
  • Converting inbound leads from large corporate clients and assisting them in booking suppliers
  • Driving recurring revenue through regular engagement via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Becoming an industry expert, understanding top suppliers, venues, and event logistics
  • Managing personal conversion metrics and providing insights to improve sales processes
  • Cross-selling to introduce additional suppliers to key clients, e.g., upselling venue clients to include photographers or florists
  • Contributing to the development of systems and processes to streamline sales cycles

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include:

  • Experience in sales or customer-focused roles with inbound and outbound sales
  • Ability to own targets and understand sales metrics
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for the events industry
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and processes
  • Motivated by success, with a target-driven mindset
  • A genuine interest in the events space

Our offices are in London, operating on a hybrid model with at least 3 days in the office per week.
