Event Planner & Operations Lead

Aramco Fuels in the UK/Europe seeks an Event Planner to lead end-to-end planning for CH14 students across the UK and Europe, coordinating social, academic, and volunteering events to boost engagement and wellbeing.

You will manage on-the-day logistics, invitations, attendance tracking, vendor sourcing, budgeting, and post-event evaluation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
