Main tasks

We are in search of an enthusiastic and innovative individual to become a part of our vibrant team. In the role of a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will support in the formulation and implementation of marketing and communication strategies tailored to our individual clients. You will spend roughly three quarters of your time on client campaigns and projects, and one quarter on internal marketing initiatives.

Your profile
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a similar field
    • 2 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role
    • Experience supporting or contributing to digital campaigns across online platforms
    • Experience with content writing and assisting with newsletter promotion and social media campaigns
    • Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic design principles
    • Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Wordpress and Hootsuite or Sprout
    • A client-focused mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with annual working hours
    • Business-fluent English and German (other languages are a plus)
    • Availability to travel internationally 1-2 times per year for congresses
