Role Overview:
Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) of an Events Manager
Planning & Strategy
o Define event objectives, target audience, and KPIs
o Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas
o Create timelines and project plans
Stakeholder Management
o Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Event Execution
o Oversee on-site/virtual/hybrid event operations
o Manage volunteers, and contractors
o Ensure smooth attendee experience
Risk & Compliance
o Develop contingency plans
9. Post-Event Evaluation
o Conduct debriefs with stakeholders
o Collect attendee feedback
o Prepare performance reports and insights for future improvements
