Be a part of it.Cygnet Hospital Maidstone is our state-of-the-art, 64 bed mental health facility for adults situated in the Kent Medical Campus in MaidstoneWe are recruiting for a Part-time Evening Receptionist to work 12 hours per week. This will include 3 shifts of four hours between Monday to Friday (4:30pm - 8pm). This role is in a hospital setting and will include one weekend shift on a rota basis.Your Day-to-Day You'll be working 12 hours a week across three shifts in a hospital setting with older adults with mental health problems and men diagnosed with learning disabilities. This will include one weekend shift on a rota basis.Provide a professional, welcoming reception experienceGreet visitors & notify the appropriate member of staff of their arrivalEnsure visitors sign in & out, and that patients leaving & returning are recorded appropriatelyAnswer & transfer all incoming calls and take messages where appropriateSort & distribute post, and assist with general office duties as requiredKeep the reception area clean & tidyPromote the safety & security of all site users and ensure all staff comply with security protocols.You are An experienced receptionist/administrator used to liaising with customers/clientsOrganised, naturally helpful and a good multi-taskerComputer literate - including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalentKnowledgeable of telephone systemsPolite, friendly & approachable with excellent communication skillsGCSE Maths and English qualified, with a good level of numeracy and literacyDiligent & accurate, with an eye for detail and an understanding of confidentiality.Why Cygnet?
