Evening Journey Coach: Housing Support & Empowerment

Riverside is seeking a Journey Coach to deliver individual, outcome-focused support to clients in our Bromley supported accommodation. You will use coaching methods to empower residents on their resettlement journey, delivering personalised support that respects diverse needs and cultures.

The role involves assisting with tenancy issues, rent payments, benefits and preparing units to let, while working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve client outcomes and maintain robust records.
