Evening Front Desk Ambassador

York College is seeking an Evening Welcome Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors, students and staff. You will provide a friendly, professional service via face-to-face interactions, email, telephone and online chat.

You will triage queries, carry out administrative tasks, and collaborate with departments to ensure a smooth and positive campus experience. The role is 38 weeks/year in term time with 4:45-9:00 pm hours.
