Job Description
About the Role

Part time customer service adviser for SouthEastWater. You must work a minimum of 17 hours per week, spread across at least three evenings (17:00-21:00) and Saturdays (08:00-13:00). You will initially attend a six week induction programme, after which you will work fixed evening and Saturday shifts. The role is target driven and offers opportunities for career progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer experience, resolving all contacts within company timescales.
  • Handle enquiries related to water bills, refunds, payment plans, and change of occupier.
  • Address issues with water supply and assist customers with related problems.
  • Achieve set performance targets while adhering to business processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and secure customer data in compliance with data protection rules.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Support standby rota during emergency periods.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • GCSE Maths and English, Grade4/C (or equivalent).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Dedication to developing skills and keeping knowledge up to date.
Desirable Experience
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience.
  • Experience handling financial or tariff related enquiries.
