Evening Butcher: Meat Cutter with Night Shift Premium

Fairfax Meadow, part of Sysco GB, is looking for a dedicated butcher to join the Derby site. You will cut meat to specification and pack/scan in a presentable manner for distribution, working 16:00-01:00, Mon-Fri, in a 40-hour week.

You should have previous meat-handling experience, strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety rules, and a proactive, detail oriented approach. The role offers a pension, generous holiday, staff shop discounts, and ongoing training.
