Do you want to use your interpersonal skills over the telephone to make a difference to people affected by dementia by discussing their evaluations of Alzheimer's Society services? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
As an Evaluation Volunteer, you will complete evaluation forms over the phone with people affected by dementia and allow them to give feedback. You will keep records of all conversations to enable us to see measurable outcomes and reports generated from your calls. You will help us reach more people affected by dementia and ensure we provide the best possible services by being evidence-led.
Where you'll work- Coventry / West Midlands
- Volunteering remotely
- We welcome volunteers with any additional skills, languages or relevant experience to enhance the support we provide

Qualifications- Want to enable people affected by dementia to feed back on their experiences.
- Have good verbal communication and listening skills, particularly on the telephone.
- Are compassionate, patient and understanding.
- Are flexible, willing to learn, and enjoy being part of a team.
- You are over the age of 18.
