European Talent Acquisition Leader

Phoenix ME Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the UK and European recruitment agenda. You will partner with the SLT to craft robust hiring processes, optimise the ATS, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while controlling costs.

You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers, building talent pipelines and reducing agency dependence through internal capability and referrals. This role requires strong data insight and stakeholder engagement.
