European Regulatory Change Lead

Vanguard is seeking a Regulatory Change Lead to navigate evolving European regulatory requirements and design effective business solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across IMG, Stewardship, PRD, OGC, Data, Distribution and Technology to assess implications and ensure compliant execution.

The role involves leading change workstreams, documenting requirements, running workshops, and coaching junior colleagues, with strong emphasis on strategic delivery.
