European PR & Brand Strategy Lead

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a creative and strategic Assistant PR Manager to join our Europe team. You will shape PR strategy across consumer, trade, influencers and media, coordinating with in-market agencies in Germany, Italy and Ireland to amplify brand stories and launch new territories and products.

Reporting to EU PR leadership, you'll drive campaigns, manage budgets and KPI reporting, and develop compelling content with a fast-paced, collaborative team.
