European Employee Relations & Policy Lead

Oakleaf Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Employee Relations professional to join a Europe-wide CoE. You will partner with country People Teams and employee representatives, reporting to the Director of Talent Management for Europe, guiding ER across 35 countries.

You will handle daily ER casework, develop new ER policies, lead ER-focused HR projects, and stay current with Employment Law changes, including Work Councils at national/European levels.
