Job Description

Job Title: European Business Development Director

The position of Business Development Director for Europe is responsible for promoting our client's innovative branding solutions and expanding existing customer business. Along with new revenue generation, the Director, Business Development Europe must also play a leadership role in ensuring a best in class experience for the customer following the sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure New Customers - Lead the New Business Development efforts of the organisation, in a classic "hunter" role. Identify, secure and expand strategic, profitable long term customer engagements.
  • Expand Revenue via Cross Sell - Support the client management team by identifying new business opportunities with existing customers and closing those sales with appropriate internal partners.
  • Solutions Thought Leadership - Maintain ongoing understanding of key customer practices and insights (e.g., pain points) to identify future value added solutions and ensure our client can consistently deliver on promises.
  • Contribute to Broader European Growth - Participate in and maintain an active role in company wide efforts to geographically expand our client's services and solutions regionally and globally.
