Europe Service Leader - Scientific Instrumentation

Bruker is seeking a Service Manager (m/f/d) to build and develop a high performing European service team within Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology. You will lead talent development, drive regional revenue growth, and cultivate senior customer relationships across semiconductor and life sciences markets.

You will partner with Sales, Applications, and Support to deliver world class service, ensure policy compliance, and steer continuous improvement through KPI tracking and structured reviews.
