Europe Senior Compensation Architect & Insights Leader

IMC is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to join our global Compensation team in London. You will drive regional compensation initiatives across Europe, including job architecture, pay structures, benchmarking, and annual compensation processes, reporting to the Head of Compensation.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to design market-competitive, internally equitable programs aligned with IMC's global rewards philosophy and local regulatory requirements.
