Europe SDR Lead - Scale & Coach High Velocity Growth

ElevenLabs in Ireland seeks a Sales Development Lead to scale our growing SDR team. You will shape pipeline generation, enter new markets, and drive top of funnel excellence by bringing strategy, coaching, and structure to a fast paced, high velocity environment.

You will work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to hit ambitious growth targets, evolve outbound playbooks, and foster talent development across regions and product areas.
