Job Description

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking an Associate Compensation Manager for Europe Developed Markets, based in London or Amsterdam.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to execute compensation programs, manage annual merit cycles, and support range reviews to ensure market competitiveness across Europe Developed Markets. You will apply Korn Ferry Hay methodology for job evaluations, conduct benchmarking analyses, and contribute to compensation tooling and governance.
