Europe CMA Risk Director - Strategy & Governance

HSBC is seeking a Director, Head of CMA Business Risk, Europe to set strategic directions for proactive risk management across Capital Markets and Advisory. You will own programmes, uplift controls, and deliver regulatory change, partnering with CMA and Corporate & Institutional Banking leaders in a highly regulated environment.

You will build capabilities, drive governance, and ensure timely escalation and remediation while maintaining risk standards across the CMA portfolio.
