EU Sourcing Lead - Soft Home Textiles

Quince seeks a strategic Sourcing Manager to build the soft home sourcing function in the EU. This is the first EU hire, focusing on cotton bedding, kids bedding, and window coverings, with potential expansion into towels, table linens, and kitchen textiles.

You will identify and onboard vendor partners, establish KPIs, and negotiate terms while collaborating with HQ teams. Fluency in English and a strong network in EU soft home vendors are essential.
