EU Regional Sales Training Lead

Norgine invites an experienced EU Regional Training Lead to shape and elevate the capabilities of our commercial teams across Europe. You will design regional learning strategies and deliver programmes covering sales skills, product knowledge and leadership, while driving adoption of ICE, KAM and omnichannel frameworks.

Fluent English is essential; German and French are a plus. You will work across multiple markets, ensure compliance and partner with commercial leaders to close capability gaps.
