EU Media Strategy Lead - ROI, DTC & Team Growth

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking an EU Media Lead to own the development and execution of a full-funnel media strategy across the total EU. You will lead media for focus markets and manage two direct reports in a high-engagement team.

This role requires deep knowledge of the EU media landscape, strong analytics, and the ability to influence cross-functionally with marketing, digital, PR and external agencies. You will forecast budgets, optimise campaigns and drive ROI.
