EU Beauty Category Lead: Growth, NPD & Strategy

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead European product marketing for Colour, Complexion, Skincare and Fragrance. You will translate global brand strategy into regional priorities, drive portfolio performance and oversee two Category Managers, supported by one Category Analyst.

You will partner with Go-To-Market, VM, Sales, NPD and Global teams to align priorities, launches and pricing across Europe, ensuring regional consistency and local relevance.
