ETRM Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid Working

Rapidly growing European ETRM software house seeks 4 Senior Business Analysts / Implementation Consultants to join our Consulting business, based in London or Paris.

Role overview

• 2 days per week at the London or Paris office; remaining days remote (hybrid). No regular client site travel; occasional trips may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional and business analysis for E/CTRM implementations across commodities, mainly Power and Gas (GNG, LNG, Emissions, Oil).
• Gather requirements, produce functional specifications, and support configuration of SaaS based E/CTRM software.
• Provide strong senior stakeholder management and facilitate workshops and discussions.
• Work on financial software implementation and physical trading upgrades.

Qualifications & skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant in commodity trading, CTRM/ETRM environments.
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to contribute to system configuration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder engagement.
• Preference for experience with Power, Gas, LNG, Emissions and Oil trading modules.

Location & compensation

• London or Paris (Hybrid). Salary £70,000-£100,000 basic, plus bonus and benefits (London). Permanent role.
