Estimator: Shape Tenders & Grow a Regional Office

Rogers McHugh is seeking an Estimator to influence the tender process and work closely with the Regional Director in Cardiff. You will be involved from early project development, pricing, and tender submissions for schemes up to approximately £2m across South Wales and Bristol.

The role offers progression to Senior Estimator with higher salary potential. You will engage with clients and colleagues to shape projects before they are fully defined.
