Working Hours

Monday: 8:00am - 4:30pm Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Salary: Negotiable

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our project team, preparing accurate and competitive quotations while ensuring project profitability and meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour and equipment.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and suppliers.
• Manage multiple quotations while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' estimating experience, including site experience.
• Strong knowledge of materials, labour and industry costs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and relevant software.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
