Location: Commutable to Glasgow

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000neg + Potential Bonus Scheme

The role of Estimator - Bespoke Joinery & Fit Out will involve:

• Estimator position dealing with a range of manufactured bespoke joinery and fit out projects within the commercial sector
• Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines
• Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
• Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Producing formal quotations to customers
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
• Working on projects ranging in value from £50k to £3m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Bespoke Joinery & Fit Out with

• Must have estimating experience within joinery, manufacturing, or fit out sectors
• Candidates from a manufacturing background are highly desirable
• Open to estimators from manufacturing, even without joinery or fit out experience
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good team player who also works well individually
