Estimating Manager - Southern Home Counties - Up to £40k pa depending on experience

Job Overview

Salary: Up to £40k pa depending on experience. Our client is at the quality end of the litho sector.

Experienced Estimating Manager required with a good track record in Print Estimating with an understanding of print processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the estimating side of the software, a vital part of this role.
• Manage a small team, proactive in developing strategies and solutions to ensure the department and the systems run smoothly and accurately.
• Work under pressure to tight deadlines, maintain excellent attention to detail and provide excellent customer service to both internal team and external clients.
• Use e-mail and Microsoft Office software packages alongside the main MIS system.
• Plan, monitor and commit to a quality-driven environment that balances best price with profitability for the company.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Print Estimating & Ordering modules.
• Experience in developing the estimating side of software.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in managing a small team.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
