Estimating Manager - Midlands - £35k to £45k pa (depending on experience)

Salary: £35k to £45k per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an Experienced Estimating Manager with a strong background in Print Estimating and a solid understanding of print processes and finishing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the estimating side of our MIS, including Print Estimating & Ordering modules.
• Manage a small team, providing proactive strategies and solutions to ensure the department and its systems run smoothly and accurately.
• Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
• Plan, monitor, and commit to a quality driven environment that balances best price with company profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in print estimating.
• Strong knowledge of MIS, especially the Print Estimating & Ordering modules.
• Experience developing and enhancing estimating software.
• Previous experience managing a small team.
• Proactive problem solving skills and the ability to develop strategies.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and via email.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
• Adept at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
