Estates & Property Portfolio Manager - ROI & NI

BoyleSports is seeking an Estates Manager to oversee the ROI and NI property portfolio, balancing commercial performance with cost control. The role reports to the Director of Property & Development and collaborates with Retail Operations, Finance and Legal to optimise the estate.

This position involves managing lease events, cost review, compliance and support for acquisitions, relocations and extensions across the island of Ireland. Travel and flexibility are expected.
