Estates & Property Manager

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is seeking an experienced professional to deliver a comprehensive Estate Management service in line with the Corporate Asset Management Plan. You will market and dispose of surplus land and property, acquire land for Council projects, and supervise consultants on valuation, conveyancing and rating.

The role involves managing Council properties, leases and rent reviews, carrying out in-house valuations, handling encroachments, and issuing licences.
