Estates & Grounds Lead - Hands-On Supervisor

Retirement Villages Group is seeking an experienced Estates Supervisor for Paramount Place in Tunbridge Wells. You'll lead a hands-on team, schedule maintenance and grounds work, and ensure high standards across buildings, fixtures and safety systems.

Based at our brand-new retirement village, the role combines supervision with practical maintenance tasks, on-call duties, and a strong focus on resident satisfaction within a supportive Estates and Facilities team.
