- General administrative duties including data entry, document preparation and record keeping
- Handling telephone and visitor enquiries in a professional manner
- Monitoring sickness and absence and arranging agency cover as required
- Raising purchase orders, obtaining quotes and ordering PPE and supplies
- Supporting statutory compliance, health & safety records and audits
- Coordinating training such as First Aid, Minibus Driver and EVAC Chair training
- Maintaining vehicle records (MOT, servicing, tax)
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and preparing reports
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Confidence using IT systems and databases

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
