Estate Services Manager: Grounds & Frontline Leader

Southern Housing is seeking an experienced Estate Services Manager to lead frontline estate services across the Kent area, based from Sittingbourne.

You will manage teams delivering grounds maintenance, cleaning, waste management and contractor services, conduct regular estate inspections, and work with Housing colleagues to resolve issues, improve resident satisfaction and ensure health and safety compliance.
